How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, Priority shipping will be 3 days with an additional fee. You have the option to choose shipping at check out. 

What method is use for shipping?

We currently shipped through USPS.

Can I return or exchange items?

Due to Covid 19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 
However, exchanges are acceptable for any damage product. If you received any damage items, please contact our customer service via email (ccc@treccosmetics.com) within 48 hours of receiving your items. 
We do not accept any open products for sanitary reasons.

 

My package was stolen/lost can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

The address I provide was incorrect, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately , we cannot. However if you happen to miss input the address and your items has not shipped out, please reach out to customer service (ccc@treccometics.com) to see if an adjustment can be made. Charges may apply. 

 

What happens when my order is return to sender?

Once your order is returned to sender, customer service will contact you via email address provided at check out. If requesting to reship, a reship fee will apply or store credit will be apply to your account. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment, but very soon!
